In 2023, Jiangyin Zhongyi Electric Co., Ltd. signed a contract to use electromagnetic induction heating to research the technology of eliminating shear cracks at the end of elastic flat parts.
       From design to installation and debugging, the delivery and production were successful in one fell swoop, solving the quality problem of producing flat springs that Baowu Group Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. had been troubled by for many years.
       Engineering and technical personnel from Jiangyin Zhongyi Electric Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Bayi Steel Plant jointly analyzed the range of induction heating flat springs, with a length greater than 100mm, a width greater than 800mm, a reheating temperature greater than 300 ℃ (from 200 ℃ to 500 ℃), and a time of less than 3s.
