In 2022, Jiangyin Zhongyi Electric Co., Ltd. successfully developed a magnesium alloy sheet electromagnetic induction heating production line, which is used for reheating magnesium alloy sheets during the reciprocating rolling process, with a total power of 5580kw.

         Induction heating of thin plates is difficult to achieve, and induction heating of magnesium alloy thin plates is even more challenging (due to a melting point of 650 ℃). Magnesium sheet with a thickness of 1-6mm and a width of 1300mm, with a reciprocating rolling speed of 40-100m/min and a reheating temperature within 100 ℃. 

         The design of the induction heating production line for magnesium alloy thin plates consists of four parts: welding heating, roll preheating, pre machine heating, and post machine heating; It is challenging for Jiangyin Zhongyi Electric Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer specializing in induction heating. Through our engineering and technical personnel's demonstration, testing, production, factory testing, installation and commissioning, and smooth delivery to users for production and use, the success of this project has accumulated rich experience for the company's future induction heating of other materials such as thin plates.
